Granny was a wonderful woman. I fell in love with her the first time I went to talk with her about doing her hair. From then we were hooked to each other. From evenings of sitting outside watching the hummingbirds fight over food, watching JoLee demolish watermelon, and Shane eating blueberries of the bush to those late night reassurances and chit-chats. I called her my "firecracker" and she called me her "little busy bee".
God sent us to one another for a reason and I believe I am now figuring that out. Thank you Granny, Nathan, and Steve Warnick for giving me that wonderful opportunity to take care of her. It was a joy but most of all a blessing.
Granny I hope you are eating ears and ears of corn with Conway Twitty and twisting those hips with Elvis Presley!! We will meet again Love and have nothing but good times once again.
