Ronnie Kelley, 75, of Roanoke passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021. He was married to his loving wife Linda S. Kelley for 49 years. He was a lifelong resident of Roanoke and grew up in the Vinton area. He was a good man and a man of God, loved by many. He was a family man, honest man, respected man, hardworking and a handy man. He was a Fleet Service Supervisor and retired from Appalachian Power after 33 years. He served his country in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany during the Vietnam era. He loved hunting.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his daughters, Tina Simmons, Dana Kelley; son, Jody Kelley (Dana A.); grandchildren, Cameron Simmons, Bridget Dalton, Tenzuel Wright, Taunstance Kelley, Ainsley Kelley, Lauren Kelley, Caroline Kelley; two great-grandsons; brothers, Russell Kelley, Elmon Kelley; sisters, Alpha Bower, Ginger Walker.
The family will receive friends Sunday February 14, 2021 at Lotz Vinton Chapel from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. A service will be held Monday, February 15, 2021 at Lotz Vinton Chapel. Service will be webcast on Ronnies' Tribute page.
