Phyllis Joyce Reynolds

Phyllis Gordon Reynolds a beloved mother and grandmother, 85, of Stewartsville peacefully went to be with her lord and savior on Saturday September 3, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Ralph L. Reynolds, parents Buck & Edith Gordon, and brother Stanley (Chlorie) Gordon. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Teresa Weaver and Kay & Scott Dulaney, grandchildren Travis & Nakisha Reynolds, Jessica Murdock, Richard II & Krystle Weaver, great grandchildren Ayden Murdock and Carson Reynolds, Siblings Frances (Wayne) Foutz, Bruce (Sue), Paul (Betty), Curtis, Ronnie (Carolyn) Gordon, many nieces, nephews, & cousins.

Phyllis loved and adored her family, especially her great grandchildren. She was a lifelong member of Barnhardt Baptist Church. After having a brief career in the textile industry, Phyllis’s life work was dedicated in the home for her family.

The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to the dedicated caregivers over the years Cindy, Khalid, Ester, Tammy, Melissa, Marie & Donna.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday September 7, 2022 at 11:00 at Barnhardt Baptist Church. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service with Pastor Mark Harvey officiating.
