Peggy Coffey Ballard, 81, of Roanoke, passed away on December 10, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Moda and Estelle Coffey, sister; Phyllis Paxton, son; Randy Scott, Husband Winfred Ballard.
She is survived by her children; Diana Mitchell, Robert Scott, Debbie Paxton, Peggy Waldron and step-son; Carl Ballard, 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
