Johnnie Joseph Scrotsky

Johnnie Joseph Scrotsky, 44, of Vinton, VA, formerly of Welch, WV, lost his battle with cancer and went to Heaven to be with Jesus on Saturday, May 18, 2019. He owned his own contracting business and did maintenance for Vistar Eye Center. He was predeceased by his father, Andrew Scrotsky; father-in-law, Jimmy Phillips, and uncles, Cecil C. Sears and Frank Bandy.

Surviving family includes his loving companion and wife of 24 years, Wendy Hall; daughter, Sabrina Scrotsky; son and daughter-in-law, Cody and Shelley Hall; granddaughter, Kennedy “Butter Bean” Hall; mother, Arlean Scrotsky; brother Stanley Scrotsky; brother and partner Allen Scrotsky and Rosey Rotenberry; sister and partner, Annie Smith and Bud Daniels; nieces and nephews, David and Kayla Scrotsky, Jake Scrotsky, Joe Scrotsky, Mikey Smith, Sharon and Jeffrey Short, along with numerous great nieces and nephews; aunt, Joann Sears; uncle and aunt, Glen and Helen Bandy; mother-in-law and husband, Brenda Phillips, and Sam Lewis; sister-in-law, Angela Phillips, and niece and nephew, Jammie and Breanna Agee. Johnnie was loved and adored by everyone who knew him and will be truly be missed.
