Mr. carter was a very nice elderly gentleman when I first met him in Burlington. He would always ask where was his truck and did I know his wife. I can only guess he missed them both. He was taken care of by Melissa Spencley. She was very arrentative to his needs. May you Rest In Peace.

The passing of John Carter has left me with sadness as I just got back in touch with family and missed the opportunity to spend time with you. My prayers and love to all our family members during this sad time. I do remember you as a great man. Rest In Peace as you will never be forgotten!
