To the family of George Nunley,

I used to work at George's doctors office and loved seeing him come in for his appointments. He had a way of making our days brighter just by walking into the building. George was one of the kindest people I have ever known. He loved animals and we always talked about my golden retriever...he was always looking for new pictures of her.
Please know that your family is in my thoughts and prayers and I take great comfort in the fact that we will all see him again one day in heaven.

Love in Christ,
Kim Brock

George was my uncle and I remember his unselfish nature and funny demeanor I remember him saying; "That's right". We stayed at his house, went camping, hunting, fishing, cut pulp wood and played music. He loved my dad (Junior) beyond words. While fishing, they would bet quarters on who would catch a fish under the rock the other one was standing on. We went ginseng hunting one time and George and dad had their find in separate piles. George said; "I wonder what all that would look like in one pile", he dumped his in with dad's and gave it to him. We went swimming one time and we asked him to throw us up in the air to splash into the water. In looking back, I know he got tired but he didn't quit until we were done. Thank you, George, for so many fond memories I cherish.

I remember George from when we both attended Bible Baptist Church. He always had a smile on his face and a song in his heart, and was one of the sweetest men I ever knew. My thoughts and prayers are with his boys and his family. May God give you peace and comfort knowing that George is with his Heavenly Father and singing on the streets of gold.

Dad
I will miss so many things about you. Seeing you standing at the kitchen window every morning when I go by @ 4:30am and sitting on the porch every evening really made me happy. Hearing that truck coming up the driveway about top end speed of 8 miles an hour , I knew you were coming to help with what ever needed to be done. You never told me No, you always found ways to believe in me and trusted me and I love you for who you were. If you ever met George you would not forget him he had a way about him that was unique . As we used to say one day we would be fishing on the big pond so here is your chance Dad to catch a fish on every cast and sing your favorite songs with Our Lord.Love Always Tony
