Genevee McBride Johnson, 90, of Vinton, passed away on January 18, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Ruby McBride; husband of over 60 years, Clyde Edward Johnson; sons, James (Ed) Johnson and Dougles (Doug) Johnson; great grandchild, Helena Flippen and sisters, Nelcine Seal, Betty Purcell and Janice Puckett.
Surviving to cherish her memory is her daughter, Carolyn Frazier (Frank); son, Steven Johnson (Cindy); grandchildren, Keisha, Kevin, Brandon, Michelle, Philip, Steven and Joseph; great- grandchildren, Chandler, Jacob, Samantha, Kobe and Megan; great-great grandchild, Adeline; brother in-law, Fred Purcell.
