Garnette Elizabeth Smith, 75, of Roanoke, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sim and Grace Maxfield; brothers, William “Bill Bob” Maxfield, Richard Maxfield, Donald Maxfield and Jessie Maxfield.
Surviving is her loving husband of 60 years, Collier James Smith; sisters-in-law, Patty Honaker, Dorena Smith, Gay Keith; brother-in-law, Norman Smith; numerous nieces and nephews left to cherish her memory.
A double memorial service will be held for Garnette and her husband Collier at 12:00 pm (Noon) Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Lotz Funeral Home, Vinton, Virginia.
