Garland Dean Pollard

Garland " Dean" Pollard, 59 of Hardy passed away Monday, December 28, 2020. He is survived by his parents, John and Margaret Pollard, sisters, Denise Pollard, Donna Collins and husband Danny Collins, and many other special family and friends.

He had a great love for many sports, especially golf, baseball, basketball, and football. And he enjoyed many years of watching, playing, and coaching.

He was a special son to his parents, a special brother to his sisters, and a special friend to many.

A private service for the family will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 at 11:00 am at Lotz Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel with Pastor Glen Stinnett officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all of those that provided exceptional care for him at Carrington Cottages, Carrington Place, and Heartland Hospice.
Their kindness will never be forgotten.
