Mr. Elbert Eugene St. Clair

Elbert Eugene St. Clair, 83, of Goodview passed away Thursday, November 2, 2023. He was a son of the late Russell St. Clair and Viola May St. Clair. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Roy St. Clair and Dorothy; and a great-nephew, Cory Flowers.

Surviving him are his nephews and nieces, Keith St. Clair (Carole), Tammy Hartless (Howard), Gene Meador (Vicky) and Donna Roach (Timmy); great nieces and nephews, Hannah Knaust (Conner), Rebekah Weeks (Kody), Josiah St. Clair, Jeremiah St. Clair, Joseph Meador, Kelly Flowers, Shaun Flowers, Mary Niday and fiancé, Kevin King and R.J. Palmer (Jennifer); great-great-nieces and nephews, Asher Weeks, Sage Flowers, Brooklyn Tolbert, Wyatt Tolbert, Jakob Palmer, Adam Palmer, Maggie Palmer and Kevin King, Jr.; a special neighbor, Jerry Parcell, Jr.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, Monday, November 6, 2023 at Lotz Funeral Home, 305 East Washington Avenue, Vinton. A celebration of Elbert’s life will be held 2 pm, Tuesday, November 7 at Lotz Funeral Home, Vinton with Pastor Joey Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery.
