Clementine Bandy Simmon

Clementine Bandy Simmon, 99, of Lynchburg, formerly of Vinton, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Surviving family includes her children, Sheri Hughes of Lynchburg, Clarence D. Simmon of Greensboro, NC, Audrey S. Faircloth of Rocky Mount, NC, and John H. Metcalf of Roanoke; sister, Mary Ann Metcalf of Hardy; eight grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, December 24, 2018 at the Lotz Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton with Rev. Garreth Stephenson officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 23, 2018 from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements by Lotz Funeral Home, Vinton.
