Charles Jacob King

Charles Jacob King, age 26, went to be with our Lord, on Sunday, July 12, 2020. He will be greatly missed by his loved ones and friends. 
 
Born on May 12, 1994 in Roanoke, VA, he lived in Vinton, VA, before settling in Franklin County, VA. Jacob was a mason by trade and enjoyed working with his hands. Jacob was also a singer/songwriter and enjoyed playing his guitar. 
 
Survivors include his beautiful baby boy, Mother (Melissa Haring), Grandmother (Carolyn King), Aunt (Amanda Wood), Uncle (James Wood, Sr.), Stepfather (Robert Haring), Grandfather (Clyde Barger), Sisters (Emily Haring, Abigail Wood, Chelsie Dunithan), and Brothers (Ethan Haring and James Wood, Jr.).  Jacob was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Charles Lindbergh King, and his baby boy Jr.
 
We can find comfort in that Jacob had accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior and he will forever be in Glory.
 
A Memorial Service/Celebration of Life will be held at Lighthouse Bible Church on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 @ 2:00 PM ET.  Lighthouse Bible Church is located at 2500 E Washington Ave, Vinton, VA 24179. 
 
Note: Masks and Social Distancing will be required.
