Bruce Lane Rainbow

Bruce Lane Rainbow, 64, of Goodview, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023. He was a self-employed roofer for over 30 years. He loved spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, gardening, and collecting antiques and treasures. He had a huge heart and would help many in need. He was predeceased by his wife, Brenda Rainbow; mother, Phyllis (Dixon) Rainbow, and father, Gerald Rainbow.

Surviving family includes daughters, Tisha Rainbow (Alex), Kimberly Gates (Mike), and Tracie Stallings (Jeff); sister, Bonnie Rainbow; brothers, Scott and Stanley Rainbow; grandchildren, Ryan Benedict, Kyler Benedict, Wesley Cunningham (Natalie), Warren Stump (Aaron), Austin Stump, Allison Stallings, and James Stallings (Brandi); great-grandchildren, Cadence, Cameron, Charlotte and Chase Cunningham, Marabella Cozart, Jayden Lethbridge, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to local animal shelters or St. Jude’s in his memory.

A memorial gathering will be on June 11, 2023 from 1-3 PM at Beaverdam Baptist Church at 10665 Stewartsville Rd, Vinton, Va. 23149.
