Annie Lee Gross

Annie Lee Gross, 83, of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018. She was retired from General Electric and was predeceased by her husband, Claude Eugene Gross; parents, Frank Evans and Katie Oglima Atkins; brother, Jimmy Atkins, and sister, Christell A. McKvey.

Surviving family includes a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Doris Gross; granddaughter and husband, Amy and Kristoffer Gross; great-grandchildren, Robert, Kristopher, Xavier, Gabryella, and Maddyson; brother, Roy Atkins; nieces, Michelle, Sonya, and Faith, and special friends Wayne Myers and Miss Ann.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the Lotz Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton with Pastor Steve Pasley officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the funeral home. A special thank you goes out to the staff and wonderful nurses in memory care at Runk & Pratt, Smith Mountain Lake, for the wonderful care she received and standing by her every step of her journey.
