Nancy Gray Downey, 85, of Vinton passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 4pm to 7 pm at Lotz Vinton Chapel There will be a service to celebrate her life at 11:00 am on Monday, November 13, 2017 at Lotz Vinton Chapel with Rev. Chris Monroe officiating. Donations may be made to Vinton Baptist Church building fund. There will be a graveside service for the family only following the service.
