Marvis “Jean” Wohlford, 88, of Danville, formerly of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017. She was retired from Eli Lilly and was predeceased by her husband, William Preston Wohlford; parents, Fletcher H. and Maude Blackwell, and sisters, Earldine Rudd and Dorothy Tinnell.

Surviving family includes a special niece, Pauleta Clement and numerous other nieces and nephews. A special thanks to caregiver, Lisa Jackson.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Roanoke.
