Carl L. Waldron, 90, of Vinton, formerly of Riverdale, son of the late Henry and Lillie Chisom Waldron, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Berkshire Health and Rehab. He was retired from the Kroger warehouse in Salem. He was predeceased by brothers, Elmer, Eugene, Larry, and Ronald and sisters, Gladys, Virginia, Pauline, and Irene.

Surviving family includes a sister, Barbara Linkous of Richmond and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Lotz Funeral Home Chapel in Vinton with Rev Jeff Gardner officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be made at www.lotzfuneralhomevinton.com
