Mrs. Betty Jean Mullins Schneider

Betty Jean Mullins Schneider, 72, of Roanoke, VA, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024. She was employed by Halmode Apparel for 30 plus years and later retired from Reach EAP.

She was predeceased by her parents, Lawrence A. and Josephine C. Mullins, sister, Linda Karnes and brother, Roy Edward Mullins.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 32 years, Curtis Schneider; sister, Myrna Trussler; brother, Teddy Mullins; mother-in-law, Carolyn Schneider; sister-in-law, Wendy Jones; brother-in-law, Scott Schneider; nieces and nephews, Randy Karnes (Cindy), Steve Trussler, Chris Trussler, Wendy Dilcher (Chris), Sarah Schneider, Kristen Strumsky (Drew), Kyle Jones ( Kristie) ; great nieces and nephews, Christi Sawyer, Jessi and Jenni Karnes, Kellie Bowling (Eric), Jerry Overstreet-Luckey (Jasmine); great-great nieces and nephews, Annabel, Anikan, Grayson, Jamison; special friends, Betty “Guppy” Guthrie and Fay McDaniels and special little companion, Livvie. Also numerous cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Lotz Vinton Chapel, Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Brian Geiser officiating.
