Francis C. Fortner, 79, of Vinton, passed away on April 12,2024. He is survived by two sons, Doug Fortner (Ann), Daniel Fortner (Allyson); grandchildren, Jessica Saltzman (Ean), Amanda Dsouza (Rosco) and Luke Fortner (Megan).
